This is a bit late, but I signed up for a one month subscription to Japan Crate, which sends Japanese candy and snacks to your door (Think Loot Crate but with candy). The crates come in three sizes, and I decided to try the $25 one.
My box came in the mail, looking like it had been banged up quite a bit. Luckily all the candy was intact!
I was impressed with their variety and I had fun trying all the different candies and snacks. Here’s a list of some of the items:
Green Tea KitKats – these were okay, they tasted very strongly of green tea
Coris Grape & Soda Kajirittyo – grape flavoured taffy, yum!
Seaweed Chip Star Norishio – these are apparently seaweed and salt flavoured?? Tasted exactly like sour cream and onion Pringles, which I love.
Super Lemon – These look really sour, I haven’t tried them yet
It also came with a Chocolate lollipop pixel DIY kit, I still have to open this up and try my hand at some pixel art. Thank god they translated the directions in English.
